It's common wisdom that there is plenty to go around in the world and yet people are still starving and struggling. In a recent webinar I heard Sharon Pearson founder of the Coaching Institute of Australia speaking about how Giving - was part of the values and beliefs of the organisation. As my mind wandered about the happiest times of my life - I remembered it was always when I gave either of my time or my resources - not a lot - just a little. Its the Power of Small. And then - following the 3rd principle of success in coaching - What we focus on is what we get! - the Giving ripple struck again and this time like a tsunami. I listened to another webinar and this time by APL Accountants - Paolo Lencioni interviewing the Chairman of B1G1.com Paul Dunn and the next thing Silver Wizard Coaching has now embedded in its processes - GIVING .
